CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. This policy is in place to protect my business because filling a spot from a last minute cancel or no show in such short notice, can impact my income and stability as a small business.
